Adding Windows Shared Folder into Proxmox

I tried to add windows shared folder into proxmox. Encounter the following error

create storage failed: mount error: Refer to the mount.cifs(8) manual page (e.g. man mount.cifs) (500)

I recreated the shared folder and add CIFS from the proxmox GUI as follows

Please note, server ip shall be your ip and username/password shall be your shared resource password. Thanks.
